RCA is not a denomination, nor is it an ecclesiastical hierarchy. This association of churches, ministries, ministers and businesses strives for the ultimate advancement and perfection of God’s people as we, THE CHURCH, enter into our next level of excellence! As in Daniel 6:3 Bishop Williams humbly and boldly embraced the call of Apostolic Fathering that was upon his life. Through the life he led, it was obvious that God called, anointed, and appointed Bishop Williams. Bishop Williams was Chosen.
Under the unction of the Holy Spirit came the birthing of Jesus People Ministries Church International and many other affiliate churches, ministries, and businesses. The churches are all autonomous and pastored by anointed men and women of God. These are churches distinctively designed and established with the powerful atmosphere of the love of God. Spreading God’s word is our duty as believers. The Apostle Paul went about setting up churches in different cities to effectively establish God’s presence in the land. DR. GLORIA WILLIAMS |CEO
Dr. Williams and her husband, Bishop Isaiah S. Williams Jr., functioned together as strong representatives of God, becoming a “Light” for all. A woman that walks in faith and higher education, Dr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She has received an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from “all Nations for Christ Institute International” previously affiliated with Oral Roberts University.

She is President and CEO of Right Connection Ministries. Dr. Williams functions in the office of Apostle and oversees several JPMCI Church plants and other affiliated ministries, church, and entrepreneur leaders through the Right Connection Association. Dr. Gloria is “mom” to many.
Her administrative gifts and skills are an enhancement to the operational functions of the church which affords her an added perspective in ministry. Dr. Williams is President and CEO of “The JPM Centre at Miami Gardens Drive,” a Community Development Corporation that facilitates an After-School Tutorial Service; a housing property essentially for aged out foster care youth and for elderly residents. During her professional career she has owned and operated, as sole proprietor, a successful childcare business. She has received numerous community accolades and awards during her professional career.

​Dr. Gloria (aka, Dr. G) as she is warmly referred to, is the executive producer of the nationally aired Right Connection Television Broadcast. Dr. Gloria Williams is also an active member of the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dr. Williams challenges and encourages believers to develop and mature in their walk with the Lord. Deliverances are wrought as she ministers the Word in boldness, power, and grace. As she speaks believers are edified, built up, and equipped to do the work of the ministry. She has affectionately been deemed a “Christian Role Model”. Her dynamic Christian character has proven to be an asset to the Body of Christ. She enriches lives and provides a true example of a professional and virtuous believer. The wisdom and knowledge of God is revealed through Dr. Gloria as she ministers “Principles of Faith” in a practical and everyday way. Dr. Williams promotes excellence in ministry and in the home; her faith will impact your life tremendously. Dr. Williams is CEO of “Successful Life Ministries” an outreach teaching and mentoring ministry.
